Leadership Essentials

Catalog description

Students focus on the leadership skills of a supervisor. Students learn to develop and communicate a shared vision, to empower employees, to manage conflict, to negotiate, and to develop organizations so that all are working toward common goals. Students recognize that different situations require different approaches to leadership. Prerequisite: Completion of ENGL 0810 or equivalent placement test score.
