Intro to Human Resources

Catalog description

Students learn of the human resource components of supervision. Students also learn about creating a safe and compliant workplace for their supervisees. Students learn about tools to help with the hiring and offboarding of employees. Finally, students learn about tools to help their supervisees perform at a high level, while still maintaining employee satisfaction.
