Introduction to Supervision

Catalog description

Students acquire an understanding of overseeing employees to guide the daily operations in a business. Students will learn skills to be the company's connection between the employees and the executive team of the business. They will also learn techniques to help employees feel more confident in their work and improve communication between employees and upper management.
