Introduction to Paralegal Studies is an introductory study of the American legal system with emphasis on the nature of legal processes and institutions. Students examine the American and Wyoming judicial systems, legal reasoning, ethical standards, and those procedural and substantive aspects of the law pertinent to the paralegal.
