Catalog description

Students develop the skills needed to manage telehealth programs in both remote and urban settings, playing a key role in transforming healthcare delivery. Students will be trained in the role of a Telehealth Coordinator in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and information technology services (ITS) to ensure smooth, patient-centered care. They will gain expertise in managing both administrative and technical tasks while interacting with patients, families, and clinicians through telehealth platforms. This course will also prepare the students to contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care and population health, making a meaningful impact in Wyoming and beyond.
