Ranch Horse Versatility

Catalog description

All students riding for the LCCC Ranch Horse Team will engage in practice and ride in the four basic stock-horse competitions: reining, working cow horse, stock-horse pleasure, and stock-horse trail. Students will provide their own horses, tack, feed, and equipment. Students are responsible for all aspects of the care of their own horse(s). Students will be assessed a boarding fee per horse, per semester. Team members are required to enroll in this course each semester. All students, regardless of program of study are welcome to try out. Team selection is based on tryouts and instructor approval.
