Catalog description

This is an introductory course on how people use both free markets and government regulations to create value, and enhance society. Students explore how economic ideas and tools address global economic issues, while exploring the cultural influence and/or impact of those issues. Prerequisite: ENGL 0810 or equivalent placement score.
