Catalog description
Students explore scientific, technology, cultural, and social issues within the agriculture industry and their interrelationship. Students will engage with guest speakers, film documentaries, group discussions, and panel discussions to understand current information on rural issues and agriculture. May be repeated for up to two times for credit. This course is offered in the fall semester.
