Inclusive Practices in General Education Settings examines research‑based approaches for supporting students with exceptionalities in general education classrooms. The course emphasizes Universal Design for Learning (UDL), differentiated instruction, co‑teaching models, and collaborative problem‑solving. Candidates learn to interpret individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans; implement accommodations and modifications; and use data to guide instruction. Through practical application and reflective practice, students develop the knowledge and skills needed to foster belonging, participation, and high expectations for all learners in inclusive settings.
