Catalog description

This course provides students with an applied approach to data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning with hands-on exercises and real-world examples. Students will be introduced to the concepts, methods and techniques of data mining and machine learning. Students will learn to develop predictive models and obtain business value from Big Data using specialized data mining software.
