The project leadership course focuses on equipping individuals who, while not formally titled as project managers, often take on project leadership responsibilities within their roles. This course teaches essential project management skills like planning, communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation, emphasizing the use of "soft power" and influence to guide teams towards successful project completion without relying solely on hierarchical authority.
