Catalog description

One of the main course objectives is to understand the fundamentals of project management to meet project objectives and customer expectations. Students will learn the unique terminology of project management. Basic tools and techniques of project management will be explored. Students will understand the important roles of project managers. As a doctoral-level course, the term paper is expected to result from practice-oriented original research. It should encompass problem definition, situational analysis, data collection and analysis as necessary, and the development of a recommended solution or policy.
