This graduate course focuses on leadership and administration in community colleges and other open-access institutions that serve as gateways to higher education for diverse and often underserved student populations. Students will examine how institutional commitment to universal access, equity, and community responsiveness creates distinctive leadership challenges and opportunities in two-year college settings.
