Catalog description

This graduate course explores leadership theory and practice within student affairs administration in higher education. Students will examine the unique challenges and opportunities involved in supporting student development, co-curricular programming, and campus life initiatives. Theoretical approaches that shape practices in areas such as residence life, student activities, career services, counseling, multicultural affairs, and student conduct will be analyzed.
