This graduate-level course explores cyberwarfare and cyberterrorism as central security challenges in the digital age. Students examine how states and non state actors use cyberspace to pursue military, political, ideological, and economic objectives. Topics include cyber conflict and deterrence, terrorist use of cyberspace, attribution and escalation, legal and ethical constraints, and national security policy responses. The course emphasizes strategic analysis and real world case studies to understand cyber-enabled threats and defenses.
