This course is a comprehensive presentation of the tools and techniques of operating a real estate business. Topics include the daily activities of brokers and salespeople, exchanges, listings, advertising, financing, specialized brokerage, property management, professional and public relations, and ethics. ADVISORY: RES 151 with a grade of "C" or equivalent. NOTE: Students taking online courses must log in during the first week of the course or make special arrangements with the instructor to avoid being dropped.
