Catalog description

This non-credit course covers basic guitar techniques. It introduces students of all skill levels to the study of folk, pop, and classical guitar styles. Emphasis will be placed on music theory fundamentals, reading chord charts and melody lines. Skills and exercises in this course focus on lifelong education to promote health and well-being. REG: Walk-in registration only.
