Catalog description
This course is designed for students unclear about their major or career. Through an in-depth process of self-assessment, research, decision-making and goal setting, students will clarify needs and goals as they relate to career development over the lifespan. Interests, abilities, values, and personality style will be identified using a variety of career assessments. The course emphasizes the importance of taking personal responsibility for one's educational, career, and personal decisions to achieve satisfaction through work/life balance. ADVISORY: Eligibility for ENG 152. NOTE: Students taking online courses must log in during the first week of the course or make special arrangements with the instructor to avoid being dropped. FALL 2024: NOTE:Section 02 is partially online/partially in class on campus. Students will be using a computerto assist with the learning process and are expected to attend class 2 hours per week with an additional 2 hours per week completed online.
