This course focuses on the process of developing a business plan to effectively organize the resources required to establish/enhance a business. Topics to be covered include finding financial resources, meeting legal requirements, developing management techniques, understanding marketing concepts, creating financial plans, and other areas of interest to the small business entrepreneur. NOTE: Students taking online courses must log in during the first week of the course or make special arrangements with the instructor to avoid being dropped.
