Advanced Relief Printmaking

Catalog description

This is an advanced course designed to further explore the concepts and techniques of relief printmaking, which includes linoleum, woodblock, and collograph printmaking. Emphasis will be on technical experimentation and artistic visual expression. Students will further explore the history and theory of relief printing through hands-on experimentation and the examination of artworks of historical and contemporary printmaking.
