Catalog description

Leadership and management concepts used to address complex micro-system issues within selected healthcare organizations will be examined. Emphasis is on the application of advanced communication skills in collaboration with inter-professional team members. Additionally the student will focus on the interrelationship of selected team member roles, within the context of specific theoretical frameworks, and models of care.
