Catalog description

This course focuses on information technology and its usefulness to the professional nurse. The course explores emerging technologies, how they drive decision making in healthcare in tandem with the nursing process and critical thinking. There is an emphasis placed on the utilization of evidence-based technology usage to improve the patient care delivery and administrative processes.
