Training and Development is a comprehensive college course designed to provide students with a solid understanding of the fundamental principles and practices in the field of human resource development. This dynamic and engaging course will provide a foundation for individuals aspiring to excel in roles related to employee training. Topics in the course will be covered in 5 modules: Introduction to Training and Development, Principles of Adult Learning, Designing Training for Impact, Delivering Training for Impact, and the Future of T&D. Prerequisite: Admission to the BAS in Leadership Program.
