Medical Specialty Rotation

Catalog description

This third-year clinical rotation is designed to provide students with a clinical experience related to history and physical examination techniques, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and management options for patients experiencing pathologies associated with the medical specialty. Students identify the correlation between systemic diseases and possible lower extremity manifestations. The rotation may consist of one medical specialty rotation 4 weeks in length or two different medical specialty rotation each 2 weeks in length.
