This course builds on foundational long‑term care concepts by examining operational management, quality improvement, and risk mitigation strategies in long‑term care organizations. Students analyze regulatory requirements, financial considerations, and sys tem‑level challenges affecting long‑term care delivery. Emphasis is placed on applying problem‑solving, risk management, and organizational analysis skills to real‑world LTC scenarios.
