Catalog description

This course is an introduction to field and laboratory methods in environmental science. Students will learn to collect and analyze environmental data, including conducting water quality measurements, reading and interpreting different types of maps with spatial data, measuring biodiversity in areas around Philadelphia, and analyzing air and soil pollution. The course will also include several field trips. The co-requisite for this course is ENV 153 Introduction to Environmental Science.
