Accounting for partnership formation, operations, and dissolution; Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting; fund accounting for government, nonprofits and healthcare; and accounting for estates and trusts are all covered in this course. Pre-requisites: ACC 202 and Senior Standing
