Catalog description
Introduction to the capabilities of the word processing software. Topics include creating, enhancing, and sharing documents, working with tables, templates, adding navigational tools, bibliography, and securing documents. Students will have the opportunity to learn word processing for professional employment purposes, as an information worker or for personal use. Document/file management will also be included. Two hours lecture/discussion and two hours lab a week.
