Focuses on understanding the importance of applying statistical analysis to solve business problems. Includes descriptive methods, basic probability theory, probability distributions, statistical inference, correlation and regression, and f-test and analysis of variance. Section notes
This is a FLEX course. Students may choose whether to attend each scheduled class meeting in-person(in the classroom) or live online(via zoom). A TI-83 or TI-84 graphing calculator is required. Students should be aware that use of more advanced graphing calculators (such as the TI-89 or TI-92) may be prohibited. Please refer to the instructor's syllabus.
