Catalog description
Introduces statistics, primarily for business majors. Investigates methods of collection, organization, presentation, analysis and interpretation of data in the context of effective business decision-making. Utilizes computer applications to visualize and analyze data. Covers descriptive statistics, probability, inferential procedures including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing for one and two samples, regression, correlation and chi-square.
