Applies and selected for leadership roles. Pre-plans and executes the diverse components for the beginning stages of a fashion show. Recruits and selects models and peer designers. Builds network. Recruits local retailers and designers and other local resources as partners. Determines a preliminary budget. Acquires funding through sponsors, donors, and fundraising events.
