Catalog description
Acquaints students with critical issues relevant to horticulture, and provides information, skills and opportunities to be successful in the program, as well as their chosen career. Encourages students to stay engaged in their educational experience, both in and outside the classroom. This class is a source for both personal and academic growth, where students can develop lasting relationships and acquire skills to help them in making difficult choices.
