An introduction to core managerial competencies necessary to administer the affairs of a church, ministry, or non-profit organization. Skills such as planning, staffing, budgeting, evaluating, and human resource management will be explored as means by which Christian leaders exercise responsible stewardship over the resources entrusted to them.
