The seminar course is designed for Peer Success Coaches to develop effective coaching strategies, methods, and habits to support Peer Success Mentors in their role. Throughout the course, Peer Success Coaches will learn how to develop, implement, and facilitate group check-in activities that position the Peer Success Mentors to cultivate a peer success network within the larger group for support.
