Catalog description

Course introduces students to the fundamental concepts and practices of theatre design and production. Students explore various areas of design, including scenic, costume, lighting and sound design, as well as the process of bringing these elements together in a production. Through lectures, hands-on projects and collaboration, students gain an understanding of how design enhances storytelling in theatre and how technical elements contribute to the overall production.
