Public health and law comprises efforts to improve the health of communities. Course provides an overview for public health administration and practice, including organization, law, legislative relations, financing, workforce issues, leadership and surveillance. Additionally, this course covers the underlying theories behind healthcare law and regulations as well as the specific provisions affecting the organization, delivery and payment of primary health services.
