EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PRACTICUM

Catalog description

(Repeatable for credit) Course prepares the nurse to serve at the highest level of healthcare organizations. Students are challenged to develop communication skills that lead to effective interprofessional collaboration across the health care system; design and oversee dynamic practice environments; develop skills to analyze and address complex organizational situations; influence organizational decisions; and lead change through innovation and evidence-based practice to enhance patient/client outcomes while ensuring organizational financial integrity.
