This course introduces the principles of research and evidence-based practice (EBP), emphasizing ethical research conduct and the integration of evidence into professional decision making. Students explore foundational research designs, methodologies and statistical concepts essential for interpreting and applying research findings. Emphasis is placed on developing the ability to critically appraise and analyze evidence to support ethical and evidence-informed decision making.
