Catalog description
Development of the foundation for gynecological care, from adolescence to post-menopause, for competent clinical practice in women’s health. There is an emphasis on the menstrual cycle, fertility control and differentiation between normal and abnormal gynecological conditions. This course also emphasizes the coordination of care needed within the clinical setting through the diagnostic, planning, evaluation and management pertinent to nurse practitioner practice.
