This course focuses on the principles and theories related to the ethical challenges faced by today’s health care professionals. It explores the ethical obligations of the professional nurse’s role as a member of the interdisciplinary team, provider, leader and manager of care. This course further emphasizes methods of analyzing and resolving moral dilemmas using clinical decision-making skills that can be applied to the clinical setting.
