MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide experience with, and an understanding of, the interrelationships of the major aspects of a manufacturing enterprise. The content of the course is oriented around the laboratory activities necessary to organize and operate an enterprise that applies the mass production techniques necessary to produce a product or service. During the course, students apply the concepts from lecture to the selection, designing, financing, production, marketing and distributing of a product or service.
