ADVANCED CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING

Catalog description

This course reviews the traditional theory on planning, scheduling and controlling construction projects, including development of critical path networks (CPM & PERT), Gantt bar charts and construction cost control and reporting practices. Further, research and development of advanced scheduling theories and practice are performed and mastered, as well as classroom teaching and presentation experience. Forensic scheduling and claim building for construction delay concepts and practices are also investigated, reviewed, analyzed and practiced.
