Catalog description

(Repeatable for credit) This course is designed to give the intermediate student an overview of various intaglio and relief processes in relationship to contemporary art practice. During this hands-on studio experience, students apply principles and techniques taught during class into the evolution of their own personal aesthetics. The resulting visual statements combine those principles, techniques and aesthetics with ideas and conceptual content.
