This course is an introduction to white collar crime (WCC). It provides an overview of WCC and examines who the white collar offender is and how they differ from the traditional street crime offender. The course places special emphasis on opportunity perspective and the white collar offender. In addition, the course explores and discusses various types of WCC, such as financial crimes and corporate violence.
