Capstone in Health and Physical Activity Leadership

Catalog description

In this course students gain insights into the best practices for interdisciplinary health and physical activity leadership. Students integrate and synthesize knowledge, skills, attitudes and values from the array of courses taken in the major as they engage within their internships. The insights occur through extensive observations, working as an intern, reading assignments, and through in-depth research on fundamental skills, plans or strategies for leading various groups focused upon health and physical activity.
