Catalog description

This course focuses on product management lifecycle and process for a product or service. Students are able to define the product management lifecycle and understand the process by which an initial wish (inception) becomes a defined idea, a design, and a monetized product or service. Students gain an understanding of customers’ needs, define the product vision and strategy, coordinate with various teams (design, development, operations), and ultimately ensure the product’s success in the market.
