In today’s rapidly evolving world, employers increasingly value creative problem-solving, collaboration, and critical or analytical thinking-skills that now outpace traditional technical expertise (World Economic Forum; NACE). This interdisciplinary course empowers students to develop these high-impact capabilities through hands-on exploration of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Students learn how creativity-defined as novelty × value-drives transformation across professional disciplines, from strategy and product design to social innovation and user experience (UX). Through immersive, team-based projects, students apply human-centered design methods and creative thinking to tackle real-world challenges. The course blends theory and practice, equipping students with tools to generate bold ideas, prototype solutions, and communicate their value to diverse stakeholders.
