For example, the course might focus on a single artist (such as Louise Erdrich), a group of artists (such as writers of the Native American Renaissance), a genre (such as Indigenous science fiction), a region (such as writers of the Native South or the Pacific Northwest), or a theme or issue (such as Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women or intergenerational trauma).
