TRANSLATIONAL SCIENCE AND MEDICINE

Catalog description

This course will introduce second year graduate students to the principles and methodologies of translational research through lectures, scientific readings, case study analyses and class discussions. Topics include mechanistic biology, linking clinical and basic research through evidence-based research, and bioethical considerations in personalized medicine.
