Catalog description

A continuation of Chemical Systems I ( STME 1401 ). A thorough discussion of the basic principles of general and inorganic chemistry such as sound and liquid states, solutions, chemical kinetics and equilibrium, acid/base theories, chemical thermodynamics and electro-chemistry. Mathematical relationships and problem-solving are stressed. Integrated laboratory will include advanced versions of classical experiments and an introduction to modern instrumentation.
